The Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) is a weekly multi-agency meeting that shares information to safeguard and identify outstanding risks posed to individuals experiencing abuse,

Kerry Whincup, the MARAC Chair is hosting a monthly session for practitioners to come along to learn more about Cornwall MARAC. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.

Please note that due to the nature of the session it will not be appropriate to discuss specific families or individuals.

Course Aims

• To raise awareness around Cornwall MARAC, including how to refer.
• Increase knowledge around the importance of the child/young person’s voice in MARAC.
• Q and A opportunity.
